I liked it; it creates a lot of lather and leaves the scalp area very clean, and the hair on the top of the head becomes soft. However, I noticed that the hair at the back of the neck feels rough. But maybe that's just from hair to hair.

I've used this 3 times and my hair feels great! i have hard water and my hair was incredibly soft after the first use. i highly recommend it.
