Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $14.99
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages KAT Anti-Aging Solutions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with photos of the damage and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Address Changes Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to make changes to shipping addresses once an order has been processed.
