– Power On with Two Hands

Due to the soft silicone material used for the button on the hat, it is difficult to turn on the device with one hand. To power on, please use one hand to support the inside of the hat while pressing and holding the button with your other hand until it activates.

– Button press duration

Pay close attention to how long you press. If you need to switch modes mid‑session, do not hold the button for more than 1 second, otherwise the device will power off instead of changing modes.

Each 20-minute treatment automatically stops and signals completion with five beeps—simple and intuitive, requiring no supervision.

With Controller Set - Operating Instruction

Connecting the controller – Plug the controller into the hat as per the connection port.

Power on/off – Use the power button on the controller.
Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn on/off – this is much more convenient than using the hat's built‑in button.

Mode selection – Use the "M" button on the controller. Short‑press (1 second) to cycle through the available modes.

With Controller Set - Adapter Warning

Hello Face red light products come with different adapters (various voltage specifications).

Do not use a 12V or 9V adapter from other Hello Face products with the T100‑W controller – doing so may damage (burn out) the controller.
